Mid-Level Litigation Associate--Westchester County

Job Description

We have been retained by a well-established, full-service law firm in Westchester County that seeks to hire a litigation associate. The firm offers genuine long-term partnership prospects. I have placed two attorneys there.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a mix of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, and real estate litigation
• Draft motions, conduct discovery, and appear in court

What the Firm Seeks:

• Approximately 2–6 years of litigation experience
• Solid writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Admission to the New York Bar

What the Firm Offers:

• Base salary of $150,000–$170,000, depending on experience
• Discretionary bonus, likely $5,000-$15,000
• Annual billable hours target of 1600–1700
• Good long-term partnership prospects, and solid mentorship

Work Environment:

• Hours of about 9 AM to 6 PM
• Full-time in-office work environment (five days per week)
