Job Description
A well-established firm in the northeast Georgia area is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with 1–2 years of litigation experience to support a partner leading a specialized civil litigation practice focused on sex trafficking-related matters.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support litigation matters within a specialized sex trafficking practice group </li>
<li>Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence </li>
<li>Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy and development </li>
<li>Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation </li>
<li>Review records and coordinate case materials with internal team and experts </li>
<li>Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files </li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1–2 years of plaintiff injury litigation experience </li>
<li>Active Georgia Bar membership or eligibility for prompt admission </li>
<li>Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills </li>
<li>Professionalism and discretion with sensitive subject matter </li>
<li>Ability to work closely with a partner in a fast-paced environment</li>
