Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Cheat Lake, WV area
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement across a highly automated, manufacturing environment. This role reports directly to the Head of Engineering & Maintenance and oversees a team of supervisors and technicians across multiple shifts.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building structure, driving metrics, and elevating maintenance performance through systems and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 3 Supervisors and ~20 Maintenance Technicians across 24/7 operations
- Drive reliability and uptime across manufacturing lines
- Own and optimize CMMS to improve efficiency, tracking, and reporting
- Build and enhance preventive maintenance (PM) programs using OEM manuals and best practices
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to drive performance and accountability
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, etc.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI to improve maintenance processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong maintenance leadership experience in high-speed manufacturing
- Experience with CMMS systems and data-driven decision making
- Ability to build structure, improve reliability, and implement scalable processes
- Comfortable with technology, dashboards, and digital tools
- Experience developing PM programs and driving continuous improvement
