Are you an experienced bookkeeper ready to transition from a job into a career-defining role? We are a thriving CPA firm located on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.
What You Will Do
- Bookkeeping: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping client accounts.
- Payroll: Process payroll for clients including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Tax Return Filings: Prepare individual income tax returns.
- Leverage Tech: Utilize CS Professional Suite software, Quickbooks (Desktop and Online), and Sage 50 accounting suites.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Direct bookkeeping and payroll processing experience ideally in an accounting firm environment
- Accounting Software: Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (both Desktop and Online) and Sage 50.
- Presence: Ability to work full-time in-office on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
- Mindset: Strong organizational and multitasking mentality
