About the Role:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans

Conducting physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions

Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Maintaining a safe and clean treatment environment

Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

Licensed or certified as a Physical Therapy Assistant in PA

CPR certification (preferred).

1+ year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled patients.

Physical ability to assist with patient transfers and provide hands-on therapy.
