Medipack Pharmacy is hiring a full-time Warehouse & Maintenance Supervisor in Winston-Salem, NC to lead inventory logistics, equipment maintenance, and emergency delivery support. Day shift, Monday–Friday with weekend availability, competitive pay and full benefits (401(k) match, health/dental/vision, PTO). 3+ years of warehouse and equipment maintenance experience required.

What You'll Do

• Direct and manage inventory logistics, including receipt, stocking, and disposition of inbound and outbound product deliveries

• Serve as assistant to the Purchasing Manager for pharmacy inventory management

• Provide emergency deliveries to local customers as needed

• Maintain the pharmacy's physical plant and equipment

• Respond to emergency maintenance needs for local pharmacy customers experiencing technical difficulties with pharmacy equipment

• Prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management and equipment maintenance experience (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Weekend availability required

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, day shift

• Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
