Healing Hands Chiropractic is looking for a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our amazing team - someone who has experience with Reception and Customer Service. We are a busy, fun and cheerful chiropractic practice, and we strive to give our patients the best experience and support on their health journey. As a front desk CA, you will ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome, perform necessary front desk activities (including calls, appointments, collecting co-pays etc.), and perform some back office tasks for the practice. Our receptionist will be responsible for filing, making copies, printing forms, putting together patient packets and folders, and light cleaning duties. We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality, a dynamic professional attitude, and a solid customer service approach.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service; handle questions, complaints, and client requests.
- Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
- Answer Phones, Schedule Appointments, and any other front desk duties
- Back office work such as: making copies, typing reports, filing, printing, supplies, etc.
- Light cleaning to maintain a clean, healthy, & bright environment
Skills
- Proficiency in English (oral and written); Spanish speaking a PLUS
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- High School diploma; additional certification is a plus
Job Type: Part-Time (20-30 hrs/weekly)
