We are seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Light Duty Automotive Technician to join our rapidly growing service department. As a trusted name in the automotive industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and high-quality repairs to our valued customers.

The Light Duty Automotive Technician will be an essential member of our Express Service team, performing inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs on all Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, technically proficient, and passionate about delivering outstanding automotive services.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform light duty services, including oil changes, maintenance services, fluid flushes, filter replacements, brake repair, suspension repair, oil leak repairs, tire repair/replacement, and more.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Drive vehicles for testing purposes before and after repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy while repairing vehicles to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Follow a checklist to systematically examine critical parts of the vehicle, including hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and other components.

Qualifications:

• Mercedes-Benz experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
• Automotive experience or a degree from a technical school is preferred but not required.
• Must have your own tools (special tools and toolbox will be provided by the dealership).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and possess a clean driving record.
