What You'll Do

- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
- Set up, complete side work, and perform closing duties as assigned
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, removing debris before, during, and after shifts
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests
- Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal
- Present accurate guest checks free of errors in a timely manner
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers
- Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests
- Promote a safe, friendly work environment and foster teamwork

What You'll Bring

- Outgoing, personable demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- A valid driver's license is preferred and the ability to operate ranch vehicles
- Previous restaurant, bar, or customer service experience preferred — not required
