The Denver-based law firm of Icenogle Seaver Pogue, P.C. seeks a full-time, in-person legal administrative assistant with 1-5 years of experience. Icenogle Seaver Pogue, P.C. practices in areas related to public infrastructure and real estate projects and serves a broad range of public and private sector clients. The firm establishes and represents special districts, public highway and regional transportation authorities, and other types of local governments, and assists municipalities, counties, authorities, neighborhoods, and private developers with infrastructure finance, public-private and public-public partnerships, and real estate development.

Among other responsibilities, the position will involve the following:
• Coordinate and schedule board meetings and client meetings for attorneys and paralegals.
• Update and maintain the client database and logs regularly.
• Manage DocuSign submissions and ensure accurate tracking of documents.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of mailings.
• Monitor and track notices, affidavits, and other critical documents.
• Draft and manage engagement letters, including performing conflict checks and tracking.
• Prepare materials and notebooks for meetings to ensure readiness.
• Provide front desk support, if needed.
• Organize and manage filing and scanning of documents.
• Assist with time entry and ensure accuracy of records.
• Handle office supply orders and inventory management.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail within the office.
• Set up firm and client events as requested.
• Maintain the amenities in Conference Room.
• Conduct website accessibility audits for ADA Compliance.
• Prepare and file client Conflict of Interest Disclosures.
• Prepare draft minutes for attorney use at meeting.
• Record billable hours spent on client tasks.
• Input billable time for attorneys and other firm staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidates should have the following:
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage and prioritize various tasks on a daily basis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:
• Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting/moving materials less than 25 pounds.
• In person at office location, for an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, 4725 South Monaco Street, Suite 360, Denver, Colorado 80237.
• This position is nonexempt from minimum wage and overtime requirements and will be eligible for overtime compensation (preapproval is required).

Salary range:

• The salary range for this position is $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour, depending on years and applicability of experience.
• Bonuses, while not anticipated, could be available in any given year dependent upon firm operations.
