Job DescriptionSalary:

Twin Ports Dermatology is growing and we are excited to welcome a Front Desk Coordinator to our Duluth team. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient clinic flow, supporting providers, and creating a positive, engaging environment for both patients and coworkers. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, detail oriented, works well under pressure, and energized by helping others in a fast paced healthcare setting.


Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, with a mix of opening and closing shifts.


Key Responsibilities



Patient Experience

  • Welcome and greet patients in a warm, professional, and engaging manner
  • Facilitate smooth check in and check out processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address patient needs or concerns
  • Educate patients on MedSpa services, products, promotions, and reward programs
  • Help create a positive, organized and supportive clinic environment



Administrative and Operational Support

  • Verify active insurance coverage and maintain accurate patient records
  • Utilize multiple systems and technology platforms to support the patient experience, including, EMR, text reminder software, and MedSpa rewards and/or loyalty programs
  • Support front office operations and complete miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Assist team members to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently



Scheduling and Coordination

  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor daily provider schedules and adjust as needed to optimize clinic flow
  • Communicate scheduling updates clearly with patients and staff


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service or patient facing experience required
  • Healthcare or clinic experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient focused with a service oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using computer systems and scheduling software
  • Ability to travel to Hibbing, MN as needed
