Our Top Zillow Flex Preferred Team is looking to expand its agent team due to a high volume of incoming call opportunities. At Lonnie Bush Real Estate, we help motivated, coachable agents stop guessing where the next transaction is coming from and start building a predictable, scalable real estate business.
This is not a solo-agent model. And we don’t hand you tools and wish you luck. We provide the lead flow, coaching, accountability, and transaction support — so you can focus on what actually produces income: appointments, relationships, and closings.

Compensation:
$100,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to new leads, with consistent follow-up via calls, texts, email, and CRM tasks
- Set, prepare for, and run buyer consultations and listing appointments
- Guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and decision-making with confidence and clarity
- Deliver a “beyond the sale” experience from the first conversation through closing
- Partner closely with leadership and our transaction coordination team to keep deals moving smoothly
- Participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and role-play — then implement feedback to level up
- Track and review weekly activity and results (appointments, offers, contracts, and closings)
- Collaborate with the team by sharing wins, problem-solving together, and protecting our culture
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals
- Ability to respond swiftly and professionally to new leads, ensuring consistent follow-up
- Proven track record of guiding clients through showings, offers, and negotiations with confidence
- Ability to deliver an exceptional client experience from the first conversation through closing
- Experience in collaborating closely with leadership and transaction coordination teams
- Ability to participate actively in team trainings and implement feedback to improve skills
- Experience in tracking and reviewing weekly activity and results to ensure consistent performance
Preferred Qualifications
- 6–24 months of active sales experience or clear proof of hustle and consistency
- Familiarity with scripts (buyer consults, listing consults, objections)
- Local market knowledge of Hampton Roads and strong relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to hit activity targets (calls, conversations, appointments)
