Working under the direction of the Pharmaceutical Services Director, you will oversee inpatient pharmacy operations, support medication safety initiatives, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required:

- Active Pharmacist license (California license preferred or as required by the facility)
- Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience within the last three (3) years (Required)
- Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and medication management
- Experience reviewing medication orders and ensuring safe medication practices
- Knowledge of controlled substance regulations and pharmacy compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
