Qualified Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient plant operations by minimizing downtime and supporting equipment reliability.
What You'll Do:
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance
• Support continuous production operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
What We're Looking For:
• 3 – 5 years of maintenance experience
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
