Job DescriptionMBS is hiring Maintenance Technician in Sharonville, OH. This position is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
- Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
- Comply with work, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while working indoors and/or outdoors.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (food processing equipment experience desirable)
- Strong pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills; experience with PLC's and VFD's
- You have the ability to weld.
- You possess a strong work ethic and commitment to attendance.
- Able to perform duties independently or with minimal supervision while maintaining a high degree of integrity.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good troubleshooting, print reading, and electrical skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes on the production line.
- Able to work in a warehouse with temperatures that can range from -10F to above-normal heat conditions.
- Work in an environment with light dust in the air, flashing lights, sirens, horns, and powered moving equipment operating in proximity
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50lbs.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Communication skills.
