Travel RN – Home Health & Hospice

Location: Marshfield, WI
Specialty: Home Health & Hospice RN
Shift: 8-hour Days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Job Details\n

- Home Health & Hospice setting
- Typical workload: 6 points/day, usually 1 Admission/SOC + 3–4 patient visits
- Travel RNs must be comfortable with SOC, Recertifications, and Resumptions
- Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage
- Weekend: Approximately every 4th–5th weekend, including on-call
- Evening call: Approximately 1 evening per week
- Holiday: Up to 2 holidays per year
- Nurses participate in the nightly/weekend on-call rotation
- Travel RN may float between Home Health and Hospice
- Hospice patients are generally not assigned routinely, but may be seen during on-call

Requirements\n

- Recent Home Health experience within the last 2 years
- OASIS documentation proficiency – REQUIRED
- Wound care experience
- Strong infection-control practices in the home setting
- BLS – AHA
- Active RN license
- BSN not required

- No ventilator support provided in Home Health
- CNA/Home Health Aides available
- Scheduling is managed by the office
