Law firm located in McLean, Virginia, currently looking for a Family Law attorney to practice across Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria, and Prince William counties.
Qualifications required:
- Licensed to practice in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a proven track record of representing clients in various family law matters, including divorce, custody, spousal and child support, and property division.
- Experience in Divorce and legal separation
- Exceptional client service abilities with prompt responses to all inquiries assigned
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage numerous complex legal matters simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines consistently
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive research, resolving legal matters, drafting correspondence, and adhering to deadlines
- Maintaining client relationships by communicating frequently with clients concerning the status of their case
Other Qualifications (a plus but not required):
- Having own book of business (will be a big plus)
- Trial experience and prepare clients for trial
- Experience in Mediation
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Maryland Bar and/or DC Bar
- Multi-lingual
