Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking multiple Operations Supervisors in the Indianapolis area.

DIRECT HIRE

LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN - Fully onsite position.
\n
SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Multiple shifts available, Monday-Friday. Overtime as necessary.
\n
SALARY: $85,000–$100,000 base salary
\n

This is a hands-on, front-line leadership role responsible for leading production employees, supporting daily operations, developing team members, and driving improvements across safety, quality, productivity, and performance.
\n

Responsibilities

- Lead and support hourly production employees
- Manage daily staffing and production priorities
- Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are followed
- Coach employees and support performance and development
- Monitor production output, quality, downtime, and efficiency
- Address production, staffing, and equipment concerns
- Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, HR, and Operations
- Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in root cause analysis, 5S, standard work, and process improvements

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous production or operations leadership experience
- Experience leading hourly manufacturing employees
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Lean or continuous improvement experience preferred
- Experience tracking production KPIs is a plus
- Industrial manufacturing experience preferred
- Degree not required
