Job Description

Phase 4 Integrated Technologies is now recruiting for a Lead Fire and Security Technician that has experience in installing, programming and servicing commercial fire and security alarm systems.

Skills/Abilities:

· Must have experience installing, servicing and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems.

· Must be process oriented, with good communication and organizational skills.

· Must possess a valid driving license and clean MVR with ability to overnight travel up to 75%

· Ability to pass background checks.

· NICET level II preferred.

Responsibilities

· Installing, terminating, configuring and testing security systems with minimal supervision. System knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IP Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, IP network systems and visitor management is preferred.

· Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operations/product manuals. Knowledge of test equipment, multi- meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices.

· Capable of performing physical labor to including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.

· Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.

· Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs.

· Ability of adhere to, implement, and always follow safety guidelines and procedures.

· Strong organizational skills, and positive attitude.

· Leading a team on project installations.

· Managing quality control and providing customer service.

· Taking responsibility for and tracking project progress.
