Assistant Project Manager with HVAC Technician

We are looking for a person with at least 10 year's experience in the HVAC field that is either currently a tech or assistant that wants to take the next step up in this field

We currently are running 6-8 projects that vary in tonnages for new construction and renovations .

Duties would include putting submittals together, ordering material, jobsite meetings, doing as builts and communication skilles Interfacing with superintendents is very important

A vehicle will be provided with gas card, computer and phone

A good knowledge of items necessary to complete a project is required as is computer skills to keep up with the progress

This position will handle the Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach
