NOW HIRING – DENTAL APPEALS SPECIALIST – WFH IN CENTRAL TIME

Location:
REMOTE WFH IN CENTRAL TIME
Pay Rate:
$18.00/hour
Shift:
M-F, requires availability to work an 8 hour shift within hours of operation from 6:00am - 7:00pm CST.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for triaging complaints, grievances and member appeals based upon specific regulatory requirements.
· Managing appeal cases, reading context of appeal, categorizing it in Salesforce.
· Generate acknowledgment letter, appeal sent to Dental Consultant, resolution letter sent out.
· Responsible for minimal interaction with assigned market/client contacts, as well as various internal departments.
· Ensuring that all mandated turnaround times are met as well as required processes and workflows are adhered to.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Complaint/Grievance/Appeal triage member appeals in accordance with State and/or Plan guidelines.
· Ensure all components of the triage process are complete for the specialists to resolve cases.
The right candidate will have:
· 2+ years of Data Entry or Call Center experience is preferred
· 1 year of Healthcare, Medical, Dental, or Health Insurance experience required
· Salesforce or other CRM experience
· Strong typing skills
· Basic computer knowledge and ability to resolve basic IT issues without assistance
· Must have own PC/laptop and it will be VDI
- Must have Internet Speed of 100 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload
