Field Supervisor – $16–$18/hr | Full-Time with Growth Potential
We’re looking for a dependable, customer-friendly Field Supervisor to join our team. No roofing experience is required—we’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners</li>
<li>Climb roofs to assist with basic inspections and job progress</li>
<li>Confirm materials and keep job sites clean and organized</li>
<li>Support quality control and production teams as needed</li>
<li>Use your phone to track jobs and document progress with photos</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Friendly, professional, and respectful in all customer interactions</li>
<li>Willing to work outdoors and help wherever needed</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to climb ladders and roofs</li>
<li>Physically able to lift 50+ lbs</li>
</ul>
Pay &amp; Basics:
<ul>
<li>$16–$18/hr based on experience</li>
<li>Full-time, steady hours</li>
