Job Title: GuidingCare Configuration Analyst
Location-Type: Local Remote to Columbia, MD for occasional onsite days
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 2 Month Contract until June 30th & expected to extend through next year
Compensation Range: $45-$58/hr W2
Job Description:
Support and maintain the client's legacy GuidingCare platform during an enterprise migration to Epic, providing production support, configuration updates, and workflow optimization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for legacy GuidingCare applications.

Respond to user requests, resolve system issues, and implement corrective actions.

Analyze clinical and business workflows; recommend improvements for care delivery and integration.

Develop and maintain documentation, system procedures, and user guides.

Partner with end users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure system stability and adherence to best practices.

Support testing cycles, upgrades, enhancements, and new release validation.

Generate reports and coordinate reporting requests across business units.

Assist with data migration from legacy systems to newer platforms, ensuring data integrity.

Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support when required.

Provide limited configuration updates (menus, letters, workflows) as needed.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
7 years of GuidingCare experience.
-
Hands-on experience supporting live/production environments (tickets, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades).
-
5 years supporting healthcare system transitions (e.g., from legacy platforms to Epic).

Familiarity with GuidingCare modules, letters, workflows, and admin-level configuration.

Ability to build effective relationships with business associates and collaborate cross-functionally.

Strong communication skills; comfortable participating in daily standups/huddles.

Experience supporting health plan environments.

Previous success as a primary or solo GuidingCare support resource.
