We are seeking an Alarm/Telecommunication Technician/Installer to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Installation communication, camera, burglary, and basic networks.
- Troubleshooting problems related to low voltage systems.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions.
- Respond to technical support tickets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecommunications, low voltage, security, or and basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with telecommunications and network equipment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on a ladder or other equipment (such as a lift).
- Ability to responsibly and safely use power tools.
- Clean and verifiable driving record.
