We are seeking an Alarm/Telecommunication Technician/Installer to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Installation communication, camera, burglary, and basic networks.
• Troubleshooting problems related to low voltage systems.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions.
• Respond to technical support tickets.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telecommunications, low voltage, security, or and basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with telecommunications and network equipment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on a ladder or other equipment (such as a lift).
• Ability to responsibly and safely use power tools.
• Clean and verifiable driving record.
