We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to support the design, customization, and ongoing improvement of Salesforce-based business solutions. This position is ideal for someone who can blend hands-on development with platform configuration to deliver reliable, scalable functionality. The role will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions while maintaining strong standards for system performance, usability, and support.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using custom code, client-side scripting, and platform tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to interpret business requirement documents and convert functional goals into practical technical designs.
• Configure Salesforce features, workflows, page layouts, and automation to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Build, integrate, and maintain connections between Salesforce and external systems through APIs and related services.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and defect resolution to ensure stable application performance and dependable releases.
• Manage code versions, deployment activities, and documentation in alignment with configuration management practices.
• Support system updates, enhancements, and environment changes while minimizing disruption to day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to technical documentation and provide guidance to users and internal teams on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, administration, and platform configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration methods for connecting business applications.
• Proficiency in client-side scripting and customizing CRM or ERP functionality to support business processes.
• Ability to analyze business requirement documents and translate them into clear technical solutions.
• Experience with configuration management, release coordination, and structured deployment practices.
• Solid troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving skills in complex application environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
