Midland/Odessa - Hourly Range $36 - $41hr (Contract to Hire) 
 
Job Brief
The IT Field Technician will be the hands-on resource for our remote office locations. You will be responsible for providing Tier 2 desktop support, assist with network work issues, troubleshoot printers, and resolve simple server issues.
 
Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.</li>
<li>Provide additional assistance and handle escalated support tickets </li>
<li>Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques </li>
<li>Manage printers</li>
<li>Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN)</li>
<li>Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software</li>
<li>Work in new construction zones and bring new facilities online</li>
</ul>
 Requirements
 
<ul>
<li>Help Desk experience along with LAN, servers, and peripherals </li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service </li>
<li>Takes ownership of projects and responsibilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently </li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
