JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist to support document production and records management within a legal environment. This role involves handling high-volume copy, scan, and print requests, managing sensitive legal documents, and providing walk-up customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience in legal document processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform high-volume copying, scanning, and printing of legal documents
- Save and transfer files to encrypted thumb drives and CDs
- Upload files from external media to electronic legal records systems
- Print and format documents, including Excel files and trial materials
- Support trial binder production and document compilation
- Provide walk-up customer service and assist with document requests
- Operate bindery equipment (Velobind, Comb bind, drill machines)
- Perform file naming, conversion, OCR, and document formatting
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive legal documents
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and workflow issues
- Maintain logs, records, and inventory of supplies
- Support mailroom, shipping/receiving, and administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate with legal staff including attorneys, paralegals, and support teams
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and workflows
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in legal copy/print or document services environment
- Familiarity with document management systems and workflows
- Experience with OCR, FTP, and electronic file handling
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (carts/dollies available)
- Frequent bending, reaching, and moving materials
EQUIPMENT USED:

- Encrypted storage devices (USB, CDs)
- Standard office equipment (PC, fax, postage machines)
EDUCATION:High School Diploma or GED required
EXPERIENCE:
- 1–2 years of related work experience required
- Minimum 2 years in legal industry highly preferred
