DELIVERY ASSOCIATES WANTED — $23.25/HOUR + BONUSES

Do you want a full-time job with a 4-day workweek and the potential for 3 days off every week?
If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready for a fast-paced job where no two days are exactly the same, we want to meet you!
$23.25/HOUR + BONUSES — PAID BI-WEEKLY!
That’s $930/week in base pay when working 40 hours, before bonuses and applicable overtime.
Your paycheck is issued every two weeks, with opportunities to earn additional money through bonuses and overtime during certain times of the year.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Delivery Associate, you’ll play an important role in getting essential packages safely and efficiently to homes and businesses throughout the community.
You’ll:
- Drive a company delivery van
- Deliver packages safely and accurately
- Use a delivery app with GPS and turn-by-turn navigation
- Stay active throughout your shift
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Manage your time and route to complete deliveries efficiently
- Follow all company and driving safety standards
You’ll receive paid training and coaching to help you become confident and successful in the role.

Experience in delivery driving, pizza delivery, Uber Eats, DoorDash, logistics, warehouse work, athletics, or the military can be a great foundation for this position.
WHAT YOU GET
$23.25 PER HOUR + BONUSES PAID BI-WEEKLY

YOUR PATH TO SUCCESS
First 30 Days:
Learn the delivery app, GPS, scanning, loading procedures, driving safety, and route management through our comprehensive training program.
By 3 Months:
Become an independent, trusted member of the delivery team while building your driving, customer service, and route-management skills.
6–12 Months:
Become an expert in route efficiency, customer service, and safe, successful route completion while continuing to grow with the company.
THIS JOB IS ACTIVE — AND THAT’S THE POINT!
This isn’t a desk job.
You’ll spend your day driving, walking, lifting, climbing in and out of the van, and staying on the move.
To be successful, you must be able to:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Get in and out of a delivery van frequently throughout the day
- Work approximately 10-hour shifts
- Work in changing weather conditions
- Read street signs, labels, and customer instructions
- Follow GPS and turn-by-turn directions
- Maintain a safe driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Be at least 21 years old

A Valid Driver's License. Clean Back round (Going back 7 years). At least 21 years of age. Good work ethic
