Job Description

We are seeking a Security Alarm Installer Helper to join our team! You will install and repair alarm wiring and equipment. We will TRAIN the right candidate to be a Level 1 Technician.

Responsibilities:

Install and program alarm security systems including; control panels, sensors, cameras, and other related equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarms and security systems
Identify risk to customers and provide effective security solutions
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm systems
Educate customers on the proper use and functionality of their system
Complete all necessary paperwork ensuring accurate documentation of all installations and repairs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, or other related fields preferred
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to handle physical workload with sustained periods of standing, climbing on ladders and maneuvering in tight spaces
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Clean driving record is a must
Must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
