Compensation: Flat Rate $45/flag hour + weekly production tiers
- 35–44 flagged hrs: $47/flag
- 45–54 flagged hrs: $49/flag
- 55+ flagged hrs: $51/flag

Role Summary
We’re hiring a true A-Tech to own complex diagnostics on the automotive side, including misfire/drivability, electrical, and ABS/traction/stability concerns. Light-duty diesel is present, but diesel work is primarily handled by our dedicated diesel tech.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair drivability, misfires, intermittent no-starts, and warning light concerns
- Diagnose ABS/traction/stability lights (wheel speed sensors, tone rings, harness issues, etc.)
- Build a testing plan (1–3 steps) and document proof-based results
- Complete DVIs with clear notes/photos to support recommendations
- Follow OEM procedures and best practices

- Autel + Snap-on scan tools
- OEM tooling/service information for most Asian/Domestic and some European

What We’re Looking For
- Strong diagnostic capability in drivability/misfire and electrical
- Comfortable with scan data, wiring diagnostics, and proof-based testing
- Professional documentation and communication
- Valid driver’s license
