The Role
We are seeking an associate with 5 to 8 years of experience dedicated to the art of estate planning for high and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals. You will work alongside some of the industry’s leading tax minds, focusing on:
- Sophisticated estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
- Complex trust and estate administration.
- Strategic business succession planning for closely-held entities.
- Advising on exempt organizations and charitable giving structures.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5-8 years of focused Trust & Estate practice.
- Admissions: Current Bar admission in Florida, Pennsylvania, or D.C. (depending on your office preference). For D.C. applicants, MD or VA admission is a significant plus.
- Education: A J.D. is required; an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is strongly preferred.
- The "Plus" Factor: Experience working with exempt organizations beyond standard charitable giving.
