We are seeking a Fashion Stylist to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Network with our local Dc customer
- Looking for Sales/ Stylist that is already connected to the DC professional woman network.
- Follow up and build relationships with customers
- Identify who else we can sell to or network with through your new customers network. For example are they a lawyer for a firm in our area. How can we access the other lawyers in their office to show and sell our amazing brand
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
