Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a Tech Lead for a fast-growing, profitable health-tech company building a drug access platform with real patient impact, where your code and leadership will have an immediate, measurable effect on the healthcare system.
This is a direct placement with our Client - you will be our Client’s direct full-time employee w/ full benefits. This is Not a staffing role thru JetBridge.
Our Client is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who will code, bridge business stakeholders ↔ engineering, own system design, and lead an 8+ engineer team, reporting directly to the CTO with room to grow inside the organization.
What you’ll do- Design and build a scalable backend platform handling high-volume healthcare data- Translate business requirements into clear technical direction and execution- Own system architecture, scalability, and engineering standards- Lead and mentor an engineering team (8+ engineers)- Review designs and production code to ensure quality and alignment
Tech stack / must-haves- Strong experience with Node.js (preferred), Python, or Go- Advanced AWS (IaC) expertise- Strong PostgreSQL / SQL skills- Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience- Solid background in system design and scalable backend systems
Nice to have- Experience with healthcare data or regulated data environments.
Location- On-site in Orange County (possible hybrid)
