  • Packaging & Cleanroom Ops: Prep containers (bottles, drums, totes) and perform precise filling operations following cleanroom protocols.

  • Process Tracking: Accurately document plant processes, log production data, and monitor equipment to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Shipment Prep & Inventory: Stock packaging supplies and prepare finished products for safe transport.

  • Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain an ultra-clean, safe work area utilizing 5S organization standards and strictly adhering to environmental and safety guidelines.

  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside skilled teammates to meet production goals, assist with peer training, and contribute to a continuous improvement environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Tech & Math Basics: Working knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Office), basic math/arithmetic, and strong written/verbal communication skills in English.

  • Detail & Dependability: Exceptional attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and a track record of reliable, punctual attendance.

  • Equipment: Ability to obtain Electric Pallet Truck certification (on-the-job training provided).

Preferred (A Plus, But Not Required!):

  • 1–2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, cleanroom environments, or industrial production.

  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with majority of premiums paid by the employer, including virtual care and mental health resources.

  • Health Savings Options: FSA and HSA options available, plus voluntary options (Life, AD&D, Accident, Hospitalization, Critical Illness).

  • Retirement Growth: 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions.

  • 100% Company-Paid Perks: Long-Term Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Fitness Club Membership Allowance, and an Education Assistance Program.

  • Workplace Gear: Position-based apparel, specialized safety equipment, and ongoing training provided.

Working Environment & Physical Expectations

  • Duties are performed indoors in a high-purity, cleanroom manufacturing environment with quiet to moderate noise levels.

  • Safety is our top priority. You will be provided with and required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hardhats, safety glasses, and full-leather footwear.
