What’s a typical day as Technical Writer III? You’ll be:

  • Drafting and preparing change notices, ensuring all contract modifications are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Maintaining accurate document management systems and logs of project activities, deadlines, and correspondence.
  • Processing and controlling a high-volume workflow of project documents.
  • Collaborating closely with diverse teams within large-scale EPC oil and gas operations.
  • Reporting progress and flagging document issues for resolution.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience (preferred) in technical writing for oil & gas projects or similar large-scale EPC environments.
  • Are skilled in using Aconex, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office for document management and communication.
  • Demonstrate advanced communication and multitasking abilities to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Are comfortable with on-site work and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bring a strong attention to detail and organizational skills to support precise contract administration.
