Responsibilities: Overseeing daily activities to meet repair goals and schedule, Staff management, Inventory and Parts management, and Quality control.

Qualifications Required:

MUST HAVE Experience in automotive repair and management
Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques
Leadership and ability to motivate staff
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and plan ahead
Communication ~ written and verbal to effectively interact with staff and vendors

We are a growing company, and we are looking for someone that can help us continue to grow! Basic tools are required or willing to purchase before starting.

We have a climate-controlled shop! Most vehicles that we work on are later models, so they are typically cleaner and rust free. The majority of our vehicles are ones we fix and sell, not as many customer jobs, so there is not the usual stress to meet daily deadlines. We work on a lot of the same type of vehicles so you will become familiar with procedures, parts, and scheduling. Don't think this means that it will be monotonous, we deal with trucks that have been wrecked, burnt, flooded or stolen. You never have to deal with the same thing over and over! Competitive Pay!
