JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of 1-year experience on 200 plus units.
-Required valid Texas Driver's License
-Ability to pass a full back ground check including credit, criminal, and DMV.
-Experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical operations of property.
-Neat and professional personal appearance.
-Good communication skills.
-Good organizational skills.
-The ability to work well under pressure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Trash out units for make-ready.
• Throw out anything left by past residents that does not belong in the apartment unit.
• Inspect the unit for necessary repairs or replacements.
• Perform minor repairs on appliances, floors, cabinets, and walls.
• Complete touch-up paint of units as needed.
• Replace missing hardware.
• Communicate with the Property Manager regarding items needed in units.
• Report items beyond the scope of your knowledge to the Property Manager.
• Complete the Outside Staff Daily Opening Checklist.
• Complete a weekly after-hours property light check as directed by the Property Manager.
• Complete work orders as directed by the Property Manager.
• Perform "on-call" duties as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Property Manager.
