HEAVY EQUIPMENT/DIESELTECHS NEEDED!!! If you have at least 2 years of experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems we want to INTERVIEW YOU NOW!!!

As a Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our diverse fleet of industrial machinery. Your expertise will ensure our equipment operates at peak performance, enabling our clients to drive their projects forward with efficiency and reliability.

Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technician Pay: $23/hour - $30/hour depending on experience.

Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technician Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm; Monday - Friday

Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technician Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshooting, and repair standard mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Examples of equipment Street Sweepers, Cleaners, Hydro Excavation, Grapple Trucks, Plows, and other specialized machinery.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, safety inspections and preventive care on equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and document all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of equipment to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technician Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certification in heavy equipment mechanics preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and clients
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Welding experience is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to complete manufacturer training.
