A healthcare facility near Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking an RN Clinic Manager to join its nursing leadership team!
Pay: $40.00 - $54.00 / hourly
RN Clinic Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
- Leadership role overseeing clinic operations and clinical staff
- Opportunity to lead quality improvement and operational initiatives
RN Clinic Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic operations, workflow coordination, and staff scheduling
- Oversee staff training, performance management, and policy implementation
- Lead compliance, quality improvement, and documentation initiatives
- Collaborate with providers and organizational leadership to ensure efficient operations
RN Clinic Manager Qualifications:
- Active RN license with unrestricted ability to practice in New Hampshire
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience required
- Primary care or outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
