We provide a full range of services including Property Management, Maintenance, and Support roles, operating exclusively within Texas’ major markets.We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading onsite teams while maintaining strong resident relations and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial performance of the property, including rents, occupancy levels, and operating expenses
- Oversee resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy
- Manage resident relations by addressing phone calls, requests, and concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal, state, and local regulations
- Recruit, train, supervise, and coach onsite staff to ensure high performance
- Oversee daily leasing paperwork and ensure accurate completion of service requests
- Analyze monthly financial performance and budget projections
- Collaborate with the Regional Property Manager on strategies, annual business plans, and budget forecasts
- Assign, review, and audit all leasing paperwork for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain consistent adherence to lease file policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support property operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with property management and accounting software; Yardi experience is a plus
- Ability to review, analyze, and report financial information
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and budgeting
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in an organized manner
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to tour the community with prospects, including walking the property and climbing stairs
