Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Step Down ICU team. In this role, the RN will provide exceptional, evidence-based care to patients with complex medical needs who are transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
• Monitor hemodynamic and cardiac status.
• Titrate intravenous (IV) medications as necessary.
• Collaborate on ventilator and respiratory support.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current RN license.
• Experience in critical care or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
