Job Description
As a the junior application engineer, you will be responsible for the incentive projects and providing product knowledge to the sales team.
This role will be a key contributor to Star Charges growth so we are looking for people who are easy to work with, who are eager to learn the business, and who are willing to wear multiple hats.
This is an onsite position at our Fremont office.
Main Responsibilities
Gather information for incentive projects and submit applications
Provide product/technical support for the sales team.
Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy
Take part in sales projects including helping with RFPs and RFQs and coordinating between the company and the clients.
Take part in product certification processes.
Help with other engineering and sales related tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree
Ability to write clearly and concisely in a professional manner
Ability to work in a diverse team or independently in complex situations
Willingness to travel regularly to customer meeting, trade shows, and corporate meetings
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Requirements
