City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston specializes in managed facility services for commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. We connect our clients with qualified vendors and serve as a single point of contact for all service management needs. As a Junior Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our operations while working with a collaborative and supportive team.

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, basic accounting aptitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within an accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is looking to build their knowledge and take on increasing responsibility over time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with processions accounts payable transactions and invoices
  • Preform accurate and timely accounting data entry
  • Provide day to day support for accounts payable activities
  • Maintain vendor documentation
  • Assist with general account and administrative tasks
  • Grow and support the Finance Team with additional projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or administrative/office support; or
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field with limited professional experience
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfort working with numbers and routine, transaction-based work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn new accounting systems, processes, and procedures
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities as you develop
