Vehicle Acquisition Agent – Oakes Auto Group
Oakes Auto Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Agent to join our winning team. This role is critical in helping us source high-quality vehicles directly from private sellers, service drive customers, and inbound seller leads. Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with private sellers through outbound calls, digital outreach, and lead follow-up.
- Engage with service drive customers to generate appraisal opportunities.
- Build trust and rapport with potential sellers to maximize acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and valuations.
- Complete purchase transactions with professionalism and transparency.
- Consistently hit acquisition targets while representing the Oakes Auto Group brand.

Qualifications
- Previous sales, acquisition, or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build quick rapport and create trust with potential sellers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve measurable results.
- Organized and detail-oriented in completing purchase transactions.
