Your Bridge Wealth Management is a multi office practice with a fully integrated team of 17 financial professionals and nearly 400 combined years of experience in financial services. The firm has refined a disciplined investment process and a structured approach to serving individuals and families. Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Deliver exceptional client service through phone, email, virtual, and in-person interactions.
  • \n

  • Serve as a primary contact for clients and Financial Advisors, providing account information, transaction support, and service solutions.
  • \n

  • Utilize CRM systems and firm technology to manage client records, track activities, and support workflow efficiency.
  • \n

  • Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • \n

  • Open new accounts, process maintenance requests, resolve account issues, prepare documentation, and enter transactions according to firm policies.
  • \n

  • Track service requests, monitor account activity, and maintain accurate client data.
  • \n

  • Support Financial Advisors and Branch Management with operations, referrals, marketing initiatives, and compliance requirements.
  • \n

  • Maintain client files and records in accordance with compliance and security standards.
  • \n

  • Review documentation for accuracy and facilitate timely processing of client requests.
  • \n

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency through technology and process improvements.
  • \n

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • 1+ year of experience in client service, financial services, banking, brokerage, administrative support, or a related professional environment; or equivalent education, training, or military experience.
  • \n

  • Proficiency in learning and using business technology, software applications, and digital tools.
  • \n

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
  • \n

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses.
  • \n

  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, brokerage, or professional services.
  • \n

  • Experience supporting clients and resolving service-related requests.
  • \n

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM, account management, or workflow systems.
  • \n

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms and processes.
  • \n

  • Experience maintaining accurate records and electronic document management systems.
  • \n

  • Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • \n

  • Interest in process improvement and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
  • \n
