Job Title: Bilingual General Laborer (Spanish/English)
Location: Atlanta, GA Area
Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour
Summary
Labor Staffing is currently seeking dependable Bilingual General Laborers for opportunities throughout the Atlanta, GA area. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English and be comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse, production, construction, or general labor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials
- Assist with warehouse, production, cleanup, or job-site duties
- Use basic hand tools and equipment when required
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with both Spanish- and English-speaking team members
- Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Atlanta area
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Comfortable performing physical labor
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must meet client-specific hiring and safety requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or production experience
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Flexible availability for different shifts and overtime when needed
