If so, Mains’l Services has a job for you! We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work with an individual in his home. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a key role in supporting his goals, fostering independence, and enriching his daily life.

The day to day:

• Provide supports with Activities of Daily Living including personal cares
• Support in transportation to various appointments and activities
• Attend medical appointments and relay necessary information
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
• Complete household responsibilities such as laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Teach and reinforce valuable life skills
• Provide companionship, guidance, and advocacy
• Accurately document care to ensure continuity of support

Location: Hastings, MN

Wage: $28.00/hour
Schedule(s) Available: Part-Time Morning,

What You Need:

• Commitment to learning
• Patience and flexibility
• Ability to provide support using Person Centered Practices
• Strong teamwork skills
• Comfortable communicating what is working and what is not working
• At least 18 years of age
• A valid MN driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS

Experience Preferred With:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Positive Behavioral Supports / Behavioral Intervention Techniques
• Complex Medical conditions
• Communication Devices
