What You'll Do as a Medication Manager
As a Medication Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications to residents in accordance with their care plans and physician instructions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Monitoring residents for any changes in condition and reporting concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure seamless care and support for residents.
- Upholding all safety and compliance standards related to medication administration.
