A well established privately owned organization is looking for an accounting manager to help lead the monthly close process and financial statement integrity for a growing, multi entity business. This is a highly visible role with real ownership over reporting and budgeting, plus the chance to help modernize processes as the organization scales.

What You'll Do
\n
• Own the monthly close process and the preparation of accurate financial statements
\n
• Consolidate financials and prepare executive reporting packages
\n
• Drive the annual budgeting process and partner with department leadership on variance analysis
\n
• Manage and develop a small team
\n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally including public accounting
\n
• Prior supervisory experience
\n
• Strong understanding of GAAP and hands on Excel skills
\n
• A proactive, curious mindset and comfort operating in a fast evolving environment
\n
