Job DescriptionJob Title: OCONUS Construction Project Controls Engineer / Scheduler

**Note: The pay rate listed is the base pay with the overseas premium included

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the project team and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and report on-site and off-site construction activities to produce accurate monthly schedule reports.
  • Prepare and submit timely monthly invoices, ensuring accurate accounting of costs related to materials and labor.
  • Document potential changes and coordinate with the project team to preserve all relevant correspondence and records.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of commercial and government construction contracting methods.
  • Proficiency in Primavera (P6) software and understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM).
  • Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Minimum high school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred, along with relevant project controls experience.
  • Current Department of Defense secret security clearance or higher is required
  • Previous international and government contracting experience is preferred
